| A six week introduction to photography class, The Art of Photography,
will be held at Duncan Hall on Wednesdays from 6:30 to 8:00 pm, beginning
May 13. Award winning photographer, Jim Alkire, will teach composition,
lighting, and the art of seeing using digital or film, color or black and
white. Emphasis will be on classic silver or gelatin prints (black and white) the most beautiful of all photography in Alkire’s opinion. Attend this class and learn how to make money with your photography without owning a studio. The fee for the class, $60.00 for the six weeks, will go to support Duncan Hall preservation and programs.
